During operation
Monitor water, air, cooling, tool condition, conveyor movement and any unusual vibration, sound or alarm information.
After the shift
Remove processing residue, clean the relevant areas and record any items that need inspection before the next run.
Scheduled checks
Follow the approved schedule for lubrication, alignment, fasteners, consumables, filters and safety equipment.
Send information that helps the technician diagnose the issue.
A clear technical request reduces unnecessary back-and-forth and helps the team identify the right inspection, adjustment or replacement guidance.
